What if I want to Cancel?

At TapGuest, we don't believe in long-term, tricky contracts. Your TapGuest subscription is a month to month service agreement, and you are free to cancel at any time that you wish. However, we are extremely confident that once you sign up for TapGuest.com service and you and your guests experience the convenience, you will continue to be a valued TapGuest.com customer for many years to come.

If you ever have a problem, we hope that you give us the opportunity to resolve it to your satisfaction. In the event that you do decide to cancel your TapGuest.com account, please note that no refund will be given for the current month of service, and you will be responsible and charged for all messaging activity on your account from the previous billing cycle date thru your cancellation effective date.

Why don't you include message bundles in your plans?

TapGuest believes that our customers should only pay for the actual messages used by them on a monthly basis. Pre-paying for a message bundle without having any historical monthly usage data just doesn't make sense to us. Instead, we offer pricing with the most affordable subscription and per message rates available - and we only charge for the actual number of messages you use each month. In the future, TapGuest may introduce pre-paid message bundles or plans, based on demand and most importantly, actual usage data in order to insure fair and competitive pricing that best serves the needs of you, our valued customers.

How do you charge for messages?

Unlike many other providers who pre-sell message bundles, TapGuest only charges for the actual number of messages you use each month. Your credit card on file will be billed for your previous month's message count at the beginning of each month. In addition, we offer the lowest rates available in the industry.

Is there a free trial?

No. TapGuest.com uses a complex SMS and Voice messaging system and every message incurs costs for our company. In addition, we are a small, fiscally conservative company who offers our customers the very lowest prices available for our products and services. A free trial must be completely free, and to do so, we would have to severely limit your trial period to avoid tremendous messaging expenses.

Do I need to purchase an iPad™ to use TapGuest?

That decision is completely up to you, but TapGuest recommends that you use the power of the iPad™ in conjunction with our service. It's easy and convenient, but if that isn't an option for you and your business, TapGuest can be used with most modern laptops and desktops as long as the browser and operating systems are up to date. TapGuest works best on monitors that support higher resolution viewing. Optimum resolution for TapGuest.com depends on the size of monitor you use, as well as other factors. We are happy to assist you in optimizing or setting up your hardware or iPad™ at no cost - just let us know how we can help.
